Women of Colour Driving School

WOC Driving School

The Women of Colour Driving School aims to improve access to employment and other services, particularly for women, by reducing barriers to obtaining a driver’s licence and a vehicle.

The City of Greater Bendigo supports the Women of Colour Driving Project through the Victorian State Government flexible funding initiative.

The organisational partners in this project are:

  • Regional Victorians of Colour

  • Neighbourhood Collective Australia

  • The Old Church on the Hill

Training: Programs

We acknowledge that we live and work on the stolen lands of the Dja Dja Wurrung, Taungurung, Djab Wurrung and Jardwadjali peoples. We acknowledge Traditional Custodians across the continent and their continuing connection to the land, sea and community. We recognise that sovereignty was never ceded and pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging. This was and always will be Aboriginal land.
